How do I place an order?
We need the following information:
- Type of garment – short sleeve or long sleeve t-shirt, sweatshirt, etc.
- Color of garment
- Quantity
- Sizes
- Due date
- Design information – number of locations (front/back/etc.), ink/thread colors, etc.
- Contact information
- Deposit on order (at least 50% of total cost)
The sooner you can provide this information, the better. Our production schedule varies, so it’s best to give us as much time as possible to complete your order.
How much will it cost?
Each job is unique, so there is not a set cost for orders. Your cost will depend on the type of garment ordered, quantity, number of decorated locations, number of ink/thread colors, and more. We will be happy to give a quote on a job before an order is placed.
What’s an art charge?
All new artwork requires an art charge. This covers the cost of setting up your design for screen print, embroidery, or promotional item. This is a ONE TIME charge. If a reorder is placed, you will not be charged another art charge.
What is digitizing?
Similar to an art charge, digitizing sets up your design to be embroidered by our machines. This can range in price from $50-150 depending on the number of stitches in the design. This is a ONE TIME charge.
How long does it take to process my order?
Our production schedule requires a turn-around time of 10 business days. This can change, depending on our current work load. If you need your order sooner than our normal turn-around time allows, we will need to apply a rush charge to your order.
Turn-around time on promotional items is out of our hands. Most suppliers offer service within two weeks. Others can take as long as four weeks.
What’s a rush charge?
A rush charge is applied when you need your order sooner than our normal production schedule allows. Typically, this is $50-100, depending on the size of the order, how soon it is needed, and the amount of work involved with the order.
Can I bring my own goods?
There is a 25% up-charge to provide printing or embroidery service on customer items. CLS is NOT responsible for replacing customer’s goods if damaged during production.
We are glad to print, embroider or heat press your items, but cannot be held responsible if your items become damaged.
